Johan Haneveer zajmuje stanowisko Head of Treasury w zespole Central Services. Jest również zastępcą dyrektora finansowego. Poza pracą w zespole Central Services pomaga także różnym zespołom inwestycyjnym w zakresie możliwości międzynarodowej strukturyzacji i finansowania. Johan Haneveer podjął pracę w Waterland w 2011 r. Działa w Bussum w Holandii. Przed rozpoczęciem pracy w Waterland spędził 8 lat w firmie ATC Corporate Services (obecnie Intertrust Group), w której był główną osobą kontaktową dla wielu międzynarodowych firm private equity i działał jako lokalny przedstawiciel firmy. Ponadto uczestniczył aktywnie w działalności marketingowej i w procesach zakupów, przyjęć klientów i rozwoju ATC Corporate Services. Od 2015 r. jest członkiem Komitetu Podatkowego NVP. Johan studiował ekonomię biznesu w HES Amsterdam School of Business i ukończył wiele kursów szkoleniowych SPD w Markus Verbeek Praehep.
