Waterland Private Equity is pleased to announce the combination of First Consulting, Valcon and Viqtor Davis to create a leading North Western European consulting and technology group with over €100 million in revenues and over 800 professionals. While the three firms will continue to operate under their own brands, their integration has already started.

In December last year, First Consulting, a leading Dutch consultancy (350 consultants in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK) joined forces with Valcon, a leading Danish counterpart (180 professionals in Denmark and Sweden) specialised in strategic operations. The combination of First Consulting and Valcon has a strong track record in helping leading companies in North Western Europe with operational strategy, business transformation (processes, technology and implementation) and digitalisation.
In February 2021, Viqtor Davis joined the group and added a specialised team of over 300 professionals in the Benelux and the UK, as well as Mexico and India (specialised development centres) dedicated on data-driven transformations. Its key offerings include data science, strategy, analytics, governance and reporting.
