Nathalie Callens joined Waterland in 2012 as Office Manager and was promoted to Personal Assistant in 2016. She provides administrative support to the CEO (Frank Vlayen) and the ManagingPartner (Cedric Van Cauwenberghe). Prior to her employment at Waterland, Nathalie worked as Management Assistant at Handson & Partners, a service provider with roots in one of the largest audit and consultancy firms. Previously she worked as Medical Affairs Management Assistant at Janssen Cilag, part of the Johnson & Johnson Group, one of the largest and most respected healthcare companies in the world. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics.
