Anneleen Claessens is Portfolio Operations Manager* at Waterland in Antwerp, Belgium. She focuses on integration and organizational development as well as operational process improvement.

Anneleen started her career at The Boston Consulting Group working on a wide range of engagements from strategic reviews, to organizational design and transformation projects in the Finance, IT, Healthcare and Consumer Goods industry primarily in Belgium. She then moved to Bose where she occupied several positions. As Strategic Project Manager she worked on strategy assignments across a variety of functions. More specifically, she designed & implemented a new distribution strategy and organizational model for the European organization. Then, she managed the new business development business unit in Europe and led a global redesign of the customer service model including the reorganization of the sales teams with a customer-prime focus. Finally, Anneleen headed up the Asia-Pacific wholesale business (expat in Tokyo).

Anneleen holds a Master in Commercial Engineering (University of Antwerp and Macquarie University in Sydney), first of class summa cum laude.
