coeo was founded in 2010, after which it took over Forum Inkasso GmbH and acoreus Collection Services GmbH. Since 2018 coeo Inkasso has continued its expansion together with Waterland. In 2019 the company acquired KNP Financial Services and expanded into the Austrian market. In 2020 the Group made another acquisition of a company in the Netherlands.

The coeo Group has more than 350 employees, over 1.5 million new collection files per year and is today one of the leading receivables management service providers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

In traditional debt collection services and receivables purchasing coeo Inkasso is driving the transformation of receivables management with its tailored digital debt collection strategies and it uses the very latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning. The coeo Group offers a comprehensive range of debtor services with innovative, dynamic solutions, communication channels and payment options. The group’s clients include well-known players in the e-commerce, payment services, telecommunication and energy supply markets in four countries.
