Wouter Van Linden is Group Head of HR* of Waterland Private Equity Investments. He has the overall responsibility for the strategic people agenda within Waterland.

Prior to Waterland, Wouter was working for KPMG as Head of People for Europe, Middle East & Africa (2018-2020) and Head of People for Belgium (2012-2018). Wouter joined KPMG in 2005 as Compensation & Benefits Manager, after a 10 year career with PwC (1995-2005) as a practicing attorney-at-law in people related matters, with a specific focus on deals and company restructuring.

Wouter holds a Master degree in law (Antwerp/Dundee, 1994), a postgraduate degree in social-economic law (Ghent, 1995) and a postgraduate degree in Compensation & Benefits Management (Vlerick Business School, 2005).
