Jörg Dreisow is Partner and Chairman of Switzerland and Austria. As Managing Partner, Jörg was responsible for Waterland's activities in the DACH region for more than 10 years. He established and managed the first Waterland office in Germany since 2006.

Prior to joining Waterland, Jörg was Head of Group Development with TA Triumph-Adler AG and CFO for their Presentation and Media Technology (PMT) division, where he played an active role in the transformation of TA Triumph-Adler AG from a “Mittelstandsholding” to an operational company. Before that he was CFO for technology-driven myToys.de in charge of securing growth financing and IPO-preparation, as well as building an adequate administrative support structure. He also worked as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company Inc (Munich) focusing on high level consultancy projects (including IPO preparation, M&A advisory and strategy development assignments) for leading European companies in the logistic and finance industry.

He started his career as Project Manager and System Engineer for IBM Deutschland GmbH. Jörg holds a Master degree in Computer Science from the Fachhochschule München and an MBA degree in Corporate Finance and Strategy, from the Haas School of Business and the University of California, Berkeley, USA.
