Fitnessstudiekæden Fit/One er en af de førende udbydere inden for premium-discount segmentet i Tyskland og Østrig. Siden åbningen af det første studie i år 2014 er Fit/One i løbet af få år vokset til mere end 30 studier, deraf 3 i den østrigske metropolregion Wien, og beskæftiger mere end 300 medarbejdere.
Waterland indgik i februar 2021 et partnerskab med grundlæggerfamilien Mühleck for i fællesskab at fortsætte den valgte vækststi for Fit/One. Udover den organiske opbygning af nye placeringer arbejdes der også efter en aktiv konsolideringsstrategi på det stærkt fragmenterede europæiske marked.
