Wouter Van Linden er gruppeleder for HR* hos Waterland Private Equity Investments. Han har det overordnede ansvar for det strategiske område hos Waterland.

Forud for Waterland, var Wouter ansat hos KPMG som personalechef for Europa, Mellemøsten & Afrika (2018–2020) og personalechef for Belgien (2012–2018). Wouter blev ansat hos KPMG i 2005 som leder af Compensation- & Benefit-afdelingen efter en 10-årig karriere hos PwC (1995–2005) som praktiserende advokat inden for medarbejderrelaterede anliggender, med specielt fokus på aftaler og omstrukturering i virksomheder.

Wouter har en kandidatgrad i jura (Antwerpen/Dundee, 1994), en mastergrad i social-økonomisk jura (Gent, 1995) og en mastergrad i Compensation- & Benefits-ledelse (Vlerick Business School, 2005).
