Preety Dhillon

Legal Counsel

Preety Dhillon joined Waterland in August 2020 as Junior Legal Counsel and was promoted to Legal Counsel in 2022. Preety provides legal support to the Waterland group in a wide variety of legal topics. Prior to joining Waterland, she gained work experience through internships within the Corporate/M&A department at the law firms Baker McKenzie Amsterdam and HVG Law. Preety holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam. During her studies, she served as a board member of the Law Faculty Association Rotterdam for one year.
