Head of HR

Wouter Van Linden ist als Head of HR* bei Waterland Private Equity Investments für die strategische Personalpolitik verantwortlich.

Vor seinem Einstieg bei Waterland war Wouter bei KPMG als Personalleiter anfangs für Belgien (2012–2018) und später für Europa, den Nahen Osten und Afrika (2018–2020) tätig. Wouter kam 2005 als Manager für Arbeitgeberleistungen und Vergütungsmanagement zu KPMG. Zuvor war er zehn Jahre lang bei PwC (1995–2005) als Rechtsanwalt für Personalangelegenheiten zuständig, mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf Transaktionen und Unternehmensumstrukturierungen.

Wouter hat einen Master in Rechtswissenschaften (Antwerpen/Dundee, 1994), ein Postgraduiertendiplom in Sozialwirtschaftsrecht (Gent, 1995) und ein Postgraduiertendiplom in Arbeitgeberleistungen und Vergütungsmanagement (Vlerick Business School, 2005).
