Tomas Simons ist Partner bei Waterland in Bussum, Niederlande. Außerdem ist er Vorsitzender des ESG-Ausschusses. Zuvor war er Senior Associate bei H2 Equity Partners, wo er für Transaktionsabwicklungen und Portfolio-Management verantwortlich war. Er begann seine Laufbahn bei McKinsey & Company (Büros in Amsterdam und Sydney) als Wirtschaftsanalytiker im Bereich Unternehmensfinanzierung und arbeitete sich hoch, so dass er Engagement Manager war, als er das Unternehmen verließ. Tomas Simons hat einen Masters of Science Abschluss für internationale Wirtschaft und Finanzen der Universität Tilburg, Niederlande sowie einen MBA von INSEAD, Fontainebleau, Frankreich.
