Matt ist Associate bei Waterland in Manchester (UK). Bevor er zu Waterland kam, verbrachte er mehr als 2 Jahre als Analyst bei Morgan Stanley im UK & Irland Investment Banking Team und betreute diverse Transaktionen im Bereich Corporate Mergers sowie Private Equity Veräußerungen und Akquisitionen. Zuvor sammelte Matt erste Berufserfahrung bei KPMG und BDO in Manchester im Bereich Corporate Finance.

Matt hält einen Bachelorabschluss von der University of Nottingham und erhielt die Vice Chancellor’s Medal sowie den Award for Academic Excellence.
