Dr. Carsten Rahlfs ist Managing Partner bei Waterland und Leiter des Büros in Hamburg, Deutschland.

Zuvor war Dr. Rahlfs als Geschäftsführer des französischen Konsumgüterherstellers Staub Group für die Bereiche Marketing, Vertrieb sowie Supply-Chain-Management zuständig. Als Head of Corporate Development bei der Zwilling J.A. Henckels AG war er für die Akqusitionen der Staub Group und des Kochtopfherstellers Demeyere N.V. in Belgien verantwortlich. Zuvor arbeitete er bei der Tchibo GmbH in Hamburg. Dr. Rahlfs begann seine Karriere als Top-Management-Berater bei McKinsey & Company in Hamburg, wo er hauptsächlich für Konsumgüterhersteller beratend tätig war.

Dr. Rahlfs ist Diplom-Kaufmann und wurde im Fachgebiet Finanztheorie und Strategisches Management zum Dr. rer. pol. promoviert, beides an der Universität Lüneburg, Deutschland.
