Bart Elema ist Partner, Chief Financial Officer und Risk Officer. Seit 2003 leitet er das Team Central Servicesvon Bussum aus (Niederlande). Er ist Mitglied im Vergütungsausschuss, Bewertungsausschuss, Prüfungsausschuss und ESG-Ausschuss. Bevor Bart Elema zu Waterland kam, arbeitete er 8 Jahre bei ATC Corporate Services (inzwischen Intertrust Group), zuletzt als Stimmrechtsinhaber und Mitglied des Führungsteams in Amsterdam. Zuvor war er bei ABN AMRO Bank und bei Heineken in diversen Finanzbereichen tätig. 2015 wurde er zum Vorstandsmitglied der NVP (der niederländischen Organisation für die Kapitalbeteiligungs- und Wagniskapitalbranche) gewählt, von 2010 bis 2014 war er Mitglied des Steuerausschusses der NVP. Bart Elema hat einen Master in Fiscal Economics der Universität Amsterdam sowie einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Business Administration der Europäischen Universität (Niederlande, Spanien und Belgien).
