Backed by Waterland, Hanse Orga is implementing the announced growth - three new investments acquired within a week
Hanse Orga is implementing the announced growth together with Waterland. With Dolphin Enterprise Solutions, the e5 Solutions Group and Tembit Software, the company was able to welcome three new partners in the US and Germany in just one week. Thus, Hanse Orga is pushing ahead with internationalization and is at the same time broadening its range of services. In September 2016, Waterland acquired a stake in the rapidly growing company. The software provider has significant resources for further growth at its disposal. Hanse Orga, headquartered in Hamburg, offers corporate customers software solutions and expertise for areas such as payments, liquidity management, working capital management and treasury. With Soplex, a first reinforcement has already been achieved in November 2016.
ATOS acquires ORTHOPARC Klinik in Cologne, expands its regional focus and thereby continues its acquisitive growth track
ATOS, a group of specialist orthopaedic clinics, is moving ahead with its growth and expansion strategy announced last summer by taking over ORTHOPARC clinic in Cologne. This new acquisition, plus the already in December 2016 acquired STARMED clinic in Munich, increases its total number of clinic beds by more than 20%. ATOS and ORTHOPARC have agreed not to disclose financial details of the transaction.
